- Virtually no practical experience with the systematic transfer of credits in technical education and training;
- The system is little prepared for the possible transfer of formalized/systematic credits;
- Unconvincing proof about the transfer of credits at higher educational levels (ECTS);
- Atomisation of technical educational programmes resulting in enforced transition of the initial education programmes into modular arrangement;
- Yet another contribution to the generally undesirable increase in the regulation of the system of education;
- Discrepancies and little to no compatibility between the development of national frameworks of qualifications and the ECVET;
- Insufficient elaboration and the vagueness of the ECVET concept at the European level;
- Danger of depreciation to the value of education;
- Danger of devaluation of "Czech qualifications" in Europe.
